A small critique:

You cannot see it with the video playing but when studying the loose frame by frame the right hand move forward with the string just before the loose.

I do not believe there is any advantage in having the front leg bent at the knee.  What it does do is put a point of flexibility into the stance which makes it less stable.  There is no muscular advantage to the archer.

Elbow is a little high, not much but noticeable

Very minor points as Gary actually has a very good technique overall.
